My adventures in a Flipped Classroom
Noa Lahav

Keep up the great work, Noa. It will get easier each time. You will improve your videos and your worksheets and your in-class activities each semester. As soon as your in-class activities reach the upper levels of Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy (critical thinking), your students will have so much to do and think about that they will never again complain that you are not teaching them. The idea of offering quizzes that every student can get an A in is EXCELLENT! (I do it too). Why not reinforce the learning until it’s perfect? What you have is a LEARNER-CENTRIC classroom, and your critical colleagues may be afraid to lose power over their teacher-centric classrooms.

Good luck! :-)
