Bisola Akinyemi-Coastal Cooking

Now that Texas native Bisola Akinyemi has moved to California, he has gotten involved with creating dishes for his family that are more reflective of local flavors. California has a diverse culinary scene, as its long coastline provides ample seafood from the Pacific, but the land is equally as rich in large farming and ranching practices that give chefs out there many ingredients to work with.
