Jomari, you were hired to do business development and are not a founder of this project. The QRL community is aware that the founder is Peter, and his vision is the only one that matters. Your proposal to spend 30 percent of the raised funds on a development team was correctly rejected by the team, as were your other outlandish ideas.
Not sure what “resolution” you’re seeking. This project cannot continue with your involvement, because no one will trust you after this move. There is no way you will be allowed back on the QRL team or any other team in the world of crypto after this attempt to sabotage the entire community. Sell your tokens (if you haven’t already) and move on.
P.S. Kramer Levin is expensive. The silly letter they wrote for you is already going to cost you an arm and a leg. You need a much bigger budget to afford a big law firm to do anything meaningful, let alone resolve a dispute. All in all, you made a bunch of unfortunate decisions, and this post was one of them.
