In Crypto-Markets, pretty much every single crypto-coin is always priced in United States Dollars, or, USD. Internally, exchanges may show the prices in terms of Bitcoin if they’re not using USDT in the pairing, but the reality is nobody cares about this.

They care about the “USD”, or fiat values, because it is these values that these people want to buy their Lambos with.

Many of these people can’t ‘cash out’ on these exchanges either. They have to convert to Bitcoin, and then cash out for fiat on a real money exchange.

It is for this reason, that prices and…

As I’m sure you are all aware, recently Bitfinex and Tether announced that the relationship between them, and their auditor, Friedman LLP has been dissolved.

“We confirm that the relationship with Friedman is dissolved. Given the excruciatingly detailed procedures Friedman was undertaking for the relatively simple balance sheet of Tether, it became clear that an audit would be unattainable in a reasonable time frame. As Tether is the first company in the space to undergo this process and pursue this level of transparency, there is no precedent set to guide the process nor any benchmark against which to measure its…

Bitfinex is mad because I actually took the effort to listen to all of their available recordings of their public chat channels. They know these channels can be recorded. They are public.

Anyone can go onto them and listen to them. They even stream it on YouTube.

In some cases, the principals behind Tether and Bitfinex make some startling admissions, including admitting to what I consider to be bank fraud, money laundering, and even admitting that they even considered doing fraud… but then say they totally didn’t.

Here are those recordings. You should save these immediately and repost them to…

I will not be silenced.

By cutting out a mans tongue you don’t prove him a liar, you prove you’re afraid of what he has to say.

As you all know, it was reported today that on December 6th 2017, Bitfinex and Tether were served subpoenas from the CFTC.

A lot of people complain that I ‘never post solutions’, regarding Tether. Well, buckle up. Because I’m about to post a solution for exchanges that have Tether, and what they should do, immediately.

Based on the Tether rich list, exchanges are holding the vast majority of Tethers in single wallets, technically, based on the blockchain, the exchanges ‘own’ these Tethers on behalf of their customers.

  1. Disable trading of Tether immediately to prevent adverse market conditions and close all…

As I’ve expected, Bitfinex fails to provide promised professional audits. Here’s a brief history of their latest failure to provide an audit.

On May 5th, 2017 Bitfinex announced that they were undergoing a ‘balance sheet audit’ by Friedman LLP.

Roughly 8 months later, it appears that those plans have unsurprisingly to me, fallen through.

It appears on the surface that Friedman LLP will not be performing an audit after all, despite countless assurances from Bitfinex and WhalePool crew that the audit is just around the corner.

On January 23rd, it was discovered that Friedman LLP, completely scrubbed all mentions of…

I have long suspected insider trading regarding Litecoin and Coinbase/GDAX, the problem is I did not want to mention this publicly because of Charlie Lee’s cult following, and I’d be pissing off too many people at once.

Now that Charlie Lee has admitted to dumping all of his Litecoins (Archive) after All Time Highs, I believe it’s a good time to bring this up.

Especially after concerns of insider trading regarding Bitcoin Cash.

Charlie Lee and Coinbase

Problem 1: Charlie Lee was an employee of Coinbase when Coinbase added Litecoin, a crypto-currency he ‘created’ by simply copying Bitcoin and changing the name and adjusting…

For a while now, I have been monitoring activity on Coinbase/GDAX, along with Bitfinex. I originally watched GDAX off and on during suspicious activity back in May, and have been recording GDAX activity along with Bitfinex for the past several months.

‘Picasso’ is a trading bot that I believe is painting the tape on Coinbase, this bot may in fact be working with, or is Spoofy, but because he’s using a different strategy, I decided to give him another name.

The name ‘Picasso’ is because he’s essentially, painting the charts for Bitcoin however he damn well pleases. …

On December 1st, a shareholder report managed to get leaked.

The relevant section of the document is here shown below.

  1. Where does Tether bank, and under what jurisdiction? Why was Tethers lawyer redacted from the Friedman Report when we already know this?
  2. Were people who converted their BFX tokens to equity after March 23rd, 2017 informed that Bitfinex had banking problems?
  3. Were people who converted their BFX tokens to equity after March 31st informed of no banking, when Bitfinex had been formally informed by Wells Fargo that they would not handle their transactions?
  4. Why did Bitfinex wait weeks to inform customers of their banking problems, in effect essentially collecting fees for a service they could not execute (withdrawal of USD…
