Wow, what a quarter! The last three months have been quite intense at Bit Hotel. Let’s go through the highlights together, shall we.

1. Bit Hotel building and floor plan live on website.
Our glorious hotel went live on our website. This dashboard allows you to visualise the hotel in its entirety and serves as the main platform on which future Bit Hotel guests can purchase a piece of land in the coolest metaverse out there!
2. Multi-platform IROs
Since opening its doors, Bit Hotel had several IROs ( Initial Room Offering) on multiple platforms such as Babylon, Ferrum Network, Binance NFT, Lunapad, Gamestation and Spores! Each platform had a whole floor available for sale (some platforms even more!) to share with its community, bringing many new guests into our hotel.
3. First CEX listing
In February, our token $BTH was listed on MEXC. Generating millions of trading volume in $BTH, and exposing the token to brand new investors. As we know, 85% of cryptocurrency trading takes place on centralised exchanges. We will continue to pursue more CEX listings, to bringing us closer to our ultimate goal: Mass Adoption! 4. Staking Live
We first released our collaborative staking farm on NFTrade in early January. We were able to lock almost 5 million in $BTH!!! Our fellow community were rewarded with early access to our Initial Room Offering, a rare Landsale badge, and amazing paintings that you can hang in your room!
In February, We have released our innovative NFT boosted staking protocol! This allowed room owners to boost their APY, by staking their tokens while having their room in the same wallet. This was designed to showcase the utility of the different rarities, and give a taste of what is to come when our beta launches. You can check it out on staking.bithotel.io.
5. Marketplace
The much anticipated marketplace went live last month. This is how we continued to add utility to $BTH, our marketplace runs strictly on our own NFTs, and $BTH. Users can sell their NFTs for $BTH, while contributing to the ecosystem by burning $BTH. Yes!! You understood that correctly, a proportion of the tax on the marketplace gets BURNED! The marketplace was one of our core deliverables, and we are proud to have executed it successfully. The next step is to integrate our marketplace into the Bit Hotel Metaverse!
6. Season 2 characters
Recently, we revealed our 2nd season of NFT characters which will be soon for sale on our website. Characters will not only give bragging rights around the hotel, but also special perks and definitely individuality to each user. The main utility of a character being the play-2–earn bonus it gives in-game! You’ll earn more based on rarity, with up to almost double earnings for Epic!
