Your article is extremely biased.
The truth is WE ARE ALL BIASED. It is a function of being human. While your idealistic view of humans without biases may sound fine and good -it’s impossible. When you encounter someone who has “no bias” it is only because their bias matches your own.
I know I have biases and I’m completely ok with it. It’s because I am human and I know how my brain works. :-)
The sad truth is that people like you keep perpetuating the myth that biases can be eradicated somehow. It’s a useless effort and won’t work. What works is discovering your own biases and letting others know (when appropriate) around you.
