This topic is discussed many times, but it is also the most important and most valuable thing to understand. When you know your strenghts and weaknesses, you know how to be the best , how to be the MVP of the world(not just in Sales). In other hand, when you don’t know these crucial things, you fu*ked.

Now, I don’t have Phd in science, but I have practical experience of self-awareness in SALES.. You can’t become the best Salesman ever when you don’t know yourself.. It’s just impossible… Every person who want to be the best salesman in his organization, has to know his strength and weaknesses and analyze it and get to know how to use your the best and the worst characteristics to anchieve the best results in your work.. Moreover, when other people tell you that you have to change yourself or change your attitude, because they don’t like your personality, you also MUST to understand and be self-aware in order to make the best desicions, because when you don’t have it and you make a bad desicion to change your personality, you can become mentally, emotionally dissapointed about yourself. The end! Go explore and get to know yourself and become the MVP in whatever you do, but don’t be naive and romantic about your personal traits.. The more realistic you will be about your personal traits, the more successful sales rep. you will be!

Futhermore, if you want additional information which proves my ideas.. One of the biggest company Salesforce wrote about this in their blog… “ Self-Awareness. We have a coaching culture at Salesforce. The salespeople who are self-aware can quickly identify where they need to improve and go straight to the prescription. The reps who aren’t self-aware may abandon their best habits the first time they have a bad month or quarter and not realize what they actually should be working on. The most self-aware and skilled sales professionals are more deliberate with success and know how to repeat it.”

Also, you can see more information about this topic on youtube. Many famous people like Gary Vaynerchuck, Jordan Belfort, Tai Lopez, Grant Cardone told their opinion about it. Just don’t be lazy and google it!

Be Awesome!
