Why Silicon Valley is all wrong about Apple’s AirPods

This article did NOT go in the direction I expected. I was expecting some more discussion on the movement of wireless despite the age and reliability of a 100 year old technology.

I completely disagree it is a fashion accessory apart from the fashion of having and using Apple, or you already wear ear rings. I think the fashion of the AirPods have snuck into our subconscious because we are already so used to seeing people with white headphones, and this just removes the wires, so it’s an iteration on fashion in that sense.

Also, marketing images are marketing images. I’d like to leave this here from a CNN review[1] of the AirPods.
