Accelerated BLACK Token Buybacks

Proposal Summary:

We propose to allocate 100% of our protocol revenue towards BLACK token buybacks over the next three months. This strategic move aims to enhance the value and scarcity of BLACK, driving increased investor confidence and long-term growth.

Background:

Black Panther generates substantial revenue from our vaults and our validator. Currently the revenue is used for token buybacks (50%), vault incentives (25%), and rewarding BLACK stakers (25%).

To help with the price action of our token, we propose an aggressive buyback strategy — using 100% of our revenue only for buybacks for the next 3 months. After 3 months, there will be another proposal for the community to vote on the next course of action.

This approach will not only reduce the circulating supply of our tokens but also signal our confidence in the long-term value of our project.
