This is a very interesting piece! I love how Instagram allows brands to establish strong consumer communities. I actually follow the Free People Instagram account, because I like the pictures and the clothes. Like you highlighted — the consumers become the models for Free People. I’ve noticed that they often upload pictures of Instagram users that wear their clothes, and then tag those Instagram users. I find this to be another testimony for how Free People is utilizing Instagram effectively.
