You admit you don’t really understand so perhaps I will make it simple. Every expenditure needs to be evaluated for its value and costs. Especially those that benefit very small populations. I don’t care what health choices people make, I only care if they expect the government to pay when it is already bankrupt. The evaluation is what I support what it might indicate is unknown until the evaluation is done. And I saw nothing in this article that indicated death was the alternative.
