I like these clear illustrations. I am not a vegan, but know and love many vegans. Could you address how to get enough vitamin B-12, since as far as I know it only comes from animal products? I believe vitamin B-12 deficiency can be a problem for vegans. Do you recommend people take B-12 supplements? Also Vitamin D which does not occur naturally in any food, and it is hard to get enough sun exposure to for us to make enough.
