As a young father its a difficult choice to make between personal time at night, (ie between the moment when the kids going to be, and myself going to bed) and waking up early by going to bed earlier.
I feel a need to maximize that time as its the only time that I have on my own, or with my wife, which is very valuable to my mental health (this may sound very selfish but it really isn’t)
Any advice for parents?
