To be honest I find it very difficult to live a lifestyle like this: I meditate when I can and gain great benefit from it, but in my busy work life and having two very young children I find it difficult to live in a ‘mindful’ state (when a lot of the time I am in a ‘survival’ state!) I’d like to hear your tips and thoughts on how to maintain this meditative state during the very busy times in our lives.
