Things my neighbours do that aren’t annoying enough to complain about but are still really annoying…
Tom Mitchell

So many people in the apartment complex not keeping their dogs on leashes despite there being a specific rule to keep dogs on leashes

Then getting mad when a dog scared of other dogs starts growling, because THEIR dog approaches

Not training their dog to return on command, then getting upset at the leashed dog that they have to drag their unleashed dog away from another

Complaining that the leashed dog is protective

There was a leash rule for a reason. My dog wasn’t dangerous, he was protective. He had been used as a bait dog before we got him. Of course he’s not going to like your dalmatian walking right up as if they’re coming after me. Of course he’s going to snarl and stand between it and me. It is not my fault that your dog got scared when if you followed the rules, you wouldn’t have to drag your dog away.

Or when people would bring dogs that would attack other dogs.
There’s a difference between a dog being unfriendly (ex. Mine would never attack unless defending us)
and downright violent (attempting to escape their owner to rip into another dog)
