Lauren Rivers is a student majoring in mathematics at the University of Nevada, Reno. Before Rivers decided to study math, she wanted to pursue a career in music. She changed her mind when she realized she didn’t want to feel any pressure when it came to playing guitar. “I enjoy playing more when I can just use it as an outlet to express myself.”
