BLOC.MONEY 2.0.2 released — mandatory update

The cryptonight community gets shocked by a coin burn bug in the wallet implementation which allows to send unspendable coins.
Nearly at the same time an external code review shows another bug in the widely used library epee which allows an attacker to execute code within the context of the daemon.

We do not use epee lib in the BLOC codebase but we are glad to say that the coin burn bug has been fixed with this release.

Pool operators and exchanges make sure you are updating to the new version.

In the same time we updated the simplewallet commands as follow:

Simplewallet argument restored:

— generate-new-wallet arg Generate new wallet and save it to <arg>
— set_log arg
— testnet Used to deploy test nets. The daemon must be launched with — testnet flag

Command line commands updated:

payments <payment_id_1> [<payment_id_2> … <payment_id_N>] — Show payments <payment_id_1>, … <payment_id_N>
set_log <level> — Change current log level, <level> is a number 0–4

We removed the old simplewallet_RPC build from the BLOC as it’s not used anymore since the new SimpleWallet is completely updated with the latest features like wallet optimization.

A new checkpoint has been added at block #88948

Desktop Wallet 2.0.2 has been updated for Mac only. The Linux and Windows version is coming soon.

RPC wallet , Command line client & simple wallet builds for linux and windows also updated.

All the official BLOC.money services and ecosystem has been sucessfully updated: Our 3 official mining pools, the telegram wallet and explorer bot, the bloc explorer, the web miner, and our soon upcoming iPhone mobile app.
