BLOC Project — The end
Unless someone is willing to continue the project.
This is a sad news. I really tried all i can to be able to make BLOC what it is today.
After so much work involved, i personnaly spent the last 2 years working non stop on this project. It took a lot of time, money and effort to be able to release all the features that BLOC have today. But looks like it was not enough.
Most of the dev team left, some lost motivation in cryptocurrencies, some disappeared. It is really hard to work like this and almost impossible to finish BLOC. I personnaly invested all my personal money into this project and lost all of it and i just can’t keep up anymore to pay all the expenses specially web servers. We have 20.
Today i’m looking for someone motivated to re-organise the project. There are a huge amount of work already done. Here is the list below, i can provide full sources code for all the project including websites.
What is BLOC ?
BLOC is a private cryptocurrencie based on the same open-source Cryptonote technology used by Monero and runs on a secure peer-to-peer network to operate with no central authority.
Web browser mining
Easy to use in-browser web miner was designed to allow virtually anyone with internet access and a browser to mine the BLOC cryptocurrency. You do not have to download or configure any software to get started mining BLOC with your device. This is the fastest solution to get you started mining BLOC in no time.
BLOC Paper Wallet
The main purpose of a paper wallet is to quickly create a wallet to start receiving funds. This website will create for you a paper wallet to stock BLOC safely. Basically it creates your abLoc address, your private spend key, your private view key and a mnemonic seed + a PDF to print. Then you can use this informations later to restore your wallet on the desktop app or CLI.
BLOC GUI Miner
Beautiful, easy to use, Graphical User Interface for mining BLOC and other cryptonote currency using your computer CPU and/or GPU. Premine untouched
As you might now if you were following the BLOC project we have premine 5 Million BLOC and this premine is still untouched. We wanted to use for further development but we did not had the chance to do it. So 5 Million BLOC are still available if someone is willing to continue this project.
So if you are looking to start a cryptocurrency from 0 BLOC maybe a good project to start with.

If i do not find anyone interested to continue the project we will have to close it down. This means all the mobile app, dashboard, android app, websites of BLOC will be OFFLINE on 14th August 2020.
Remember to backup your private keys, that’s the only to recover BLOC funds stored in any wallet (even if the project is stopped). If later the project comes back to life then you will be able to restore your BLOC coins.
i wish i could have post better news, i really tried everything i could to make this project alive but it did not work. i hope this is not the last post, if it is then i wish everyone good luck in the cryptocurrency world.
