Introducing BlockNotary Classic

BlockNotary Classic allows you to hash & timestamp your media files in public ledgers from your phone. It provides cloud storage for protected file and a notarization receipt you can share with third parties.

In this release we:

• updated the design of the app and receipts
• added peer-to-peer distributed storage IPFS as a storage option.

New design

The app supports 4 blockchain integrations:

• Bitcoin Mainnet
• Bitcoin Testnet (Free to use)
• Factom
• Tierion (Bitcoin)

After signing up, you’ll receive three tokens. Each token can be used for one notarization action.

File storage options:

• Amazon S3
• IPFS

Files on Amazon S3 hosted under BlockNotary account. Files on IPFS hosted on BlockNotary node and will be distributed if a user will host a copy on his account.
