A few years ago, I tweeted a casting suggestion for one of my favorite franchises. I saw that suggestion come to life. Even if my tweet didn’t reach the right people, I still feel seen, heard, and an important part of the creative process.
Including fans in the production of entertainment appears to be a win-win situation for everyone involved. And such things are made possible using algorithms, and AI that continue to learn so that the unique caveats of human experience can be indexed in a way to be useful.
