Now seniors have the freedom to book certified in-home care agency services on our mobile app anywhere, and anytime- day or night. With Tings, certified agencies can scale to manage their senior demand, leading to increased reliability, and senior care experience.
We have framed a standard behavior (a user journey on our app) of our seniors in a pre-defined flow, that is predictable, and has a point-of-return if our senior decides not to move forward.
