How To Make Your Blog Successful (Part 1): Your First Two Weeks With BlogMutt

Welcome to BlogMutt! We are so happy to have you. Now that you’re here, there are just a few things you should know.

First and foremost, it’s important for you to remember that we are here to help. Any question, no matter how small, can be directed to us at support@blogmutt.com. I can even help you in real-time using our live chat function.

Now, we’re here to help show you how to make your blog successful. This can get you started.

BlogMutt Help Pages

If you find yourself with a question about how our system works, chances are that the answer can be found in our help pages (all you need to do is click ‘Help’ on the top toolbar from your dashboard). It’s a good idea to take a look around and explore all of the many tools you have at your disposal, that way there will never be any surprises from the posts you receive.

“Other Information”

If you have not yet completed the “Other Information” section of your BlogMutt page, now is the perfect time (see gif below).

This is the space that allows you to communicate your needs to 10,000+ writers, so that they can understand your business better, and as a result, deliver the best possible finished product to you. Our writers want to create posts that meet (and hopefully go beyond) your expectations, so be sure to be specific and thorough in your requests.

Tone/Voice Sliders

Once you have completed your “other information,” it’s equally important to use our sliders to communicate the tone/voice you would like to see in the posts you receive. Be sure to make the requests in your “other information” section match the tone suggestions that you mark using the sliders, so as to be clear and consistent to our writers.

We want to provide you with the best possible experience, and for that reason, we create these tools to allow you to communicate clearly what you need and get the most out of your BlogMutt experience! Please feel free to reach out to us at any time for help (or submit the form below).

We’d love to give you a hand.
