1. List Down All Your Goals

  • Write down all your Goals. Then give the goals a deadline.
  • Goals can be your assignments or huge tasks that you feel like you can’t finish in a short period of time.
  • Break down your goals into sub-goals!
  • Sub-goals can be a tiny small task that is related to your main goal which can lead you to start doing it.
  • “What is the next small step?” this will be the keyword for you to ask yourself frequently when you are forming sub-goals.

2. Plan Your Weekly Planner

  • Do write all the events that you will be participating in your weekly planner. So that you will know how much available time you have to complete your sub-goals.
  • Insert the sub-goals that you have planned into the weekly planner.
  • Feel free to include sub-goals from different main goals into your weekly planner to prevent burnout.

3. Create a To-Do List based on the following steps.

  1. Break down your To-Do List into two parts: Must-do and Could-do
  • Must-do List includes: Sub-goals and Events written in your weekly planner.
  • Could-do List includes: Laundry, house chores and etc.
  1. List down every hour from the time you plan to wake up and sleep in the session part.
  2. Write down the events according to the time to see how much time is available for your tasks.
  3. Insert Sub-goals according to the time available.
  4. Insert Could-Do s at last.

PS: Remember to give yourself some time to rest as an award for completing your tasks.
