Today Bloktopia is thrilled to announce more major developments in its product roadmap, with the public launch of the Genesis Bloktopia NFT Land Sale Portal set to go live on 25th May 2022. With registration for early access open now at http://landsale.bloktopia.com/, closing tomorrow 24th May at 12pm UTC.
To purchase REBLOK NFTs, Bloktopians will need $BLOK for the purchase and MATIC for the gas, within their MetaMask.
Land Sale — Phase 1
The Bloktopia NFT Land Sale Portal opens 25th May 2022. It will be available at http://landsale.bloktopia.com/. The portal will sell REBLOK in phases, the first phase will be multiple ownership REBLOK NFTs, which are portions of Real Estate that make up the virtual stores within Bloktopia holding premium brands, known as tenants.
Phase 1 of the sale, will focus on REBLOK within Level 1 of Bloktopia. Tenants include; Algorand, Animoca Brands, Anti Fund, Avalanche, Binance NFT, Bloktopia HQ, Chilliz/Socios, Chainlink, CoinMarketCap, CoinTelegraph, Elrond, Kucoin, Polygon, Solana, Enjin, along with influencers Jake Paul, and Bitboy.
Purchase price
Level 1 of Bloktopia has 17 virtual stores. REBLOK price depends on the size and location of the store, and ranges from 480k-1.2m BLOK ($5,280-$13,200) based on today’s price.
Each virtual store is made up of 100 NFTs, with some already allocated to JOBEs, and some already sold to the tenants who occupy the virtual store.
Earning revenue
All multiple ownership REBLOK is revenue generating, earning a GUARANTEED rental income of 10% of the purchase price per annum paid in $BLOK. This 10% is guaranteed for LIFE as a minimum, but also has the ability to go higher with tenant rent reviews and new occupiers!
Rental agreements are determined on an annual basis between tenants and Bloktopia, and if they are set at a higher price in the future, the current 10% APY has the ability to increase dramatically. This will depend on the daily active users that visit Bloktopia and the demand for the products or services offered by the tenant, much in the same way as it is in a shopping mall. REBLOK can also be sold as an asset at any time by the owner of the NFT on platforms such as Opensea.
REBLOK NFTs will start to generate revenue from the moment that the virtual store it has been purchased for, goes live in Bloktopia.
Metaverse land price history
As with land sale prices over time in real life, land in the metaverse also has the opportunity grow in value.
The Sandbox and Decentraland are two crypto focused metaverses that have already sold land, and both of these projects have witnessed significant gains for the those who have purchased within these land sales.
Decentraland example: Land that sold in Decentraland for $500 in early 2019 is now trading for over $7,860, 20th May 2022.
The Sandbox example: Land that sold in The Sandbox also saw phenomenal gains as shown below land values increased by over 2300% in over a year.
A Fair NFT Sale
To buy a REBLOK NFT, a Bloktopian will simply need to visit the portal, connect their MetaMask, choose the REBLOK NFT they would like from the interactive map, and purchase. The sale will be managed as fairly as possible, on a first come first served basis. Only 1 REBLOK NFT can be purchased by a wallet address at a time.

Token burn!!!!
50% of the $BLOK generated from the first phase REBLOK NFT Sale will be publicly burnt! 139,680,000 $BLOK worth of REBLOK will be in this sale, meaning 69,840,000 $BLOK will be burnt after phase 1 is complete, with the remaining 69,840,000 $BLOK being locked away. And this is just phase 1.
