$BLOK is the native token of Bloktopia. $BLOK will be the ONLY currency used to purchase all ADBLOK & REBLOK NFTs. Within Bloktopia the purchase of real estate is known as REBLOK. Bloktopians will be able to purchase real estate from the Bloktopia Land Sale Portal. The real estate will be a valuable commodity within Bloktopia allowing Bloktopians to speculate on the property, and either resell for profit or lease to a tenant.
Confirmed Anchor Tenants include lead investor’s Animoca Brands, and renowned crypto brands Polygon, Avalanche, Dextools, DuckDao, Anti Fund, Polkastarter, Travala, Kucoin, Collateral and influencers Jake Paul, Bitboy and Wendy-O.
REBLOK can be purchased in single and multiple ownership formats as well as different sizes. This makes REBLOK accessible and affordable for all Bloktopians.
Sole Ownership
This option gives the REBLOK holder the ability to own your own space outright within Bloktopia, allowing you to develop your virtual space as you please.
Multiple Ownership
In a multiple ownership model you are one of 100 virtual landlords where Bloktopia Estate Management will on board tenants to the REBLOK collectively owned by you and your fellow Bloktopians.
Muliple Ownership REBLOK will work on a Governance model. Multiple Ownership REBLOK NFT holders will form part of that Governance council for the virtual space you own. Each REBLOK NFT earns one vote via a DAO. Proposals will be made to the DAO where REBLOK NFT holders will vote with the majority vote winning, this is how tenancy agreements will be defined.
Sizes
The image above shows a map of Levels 10 & 11 within Bloktopia. The floor layout is very similar, but not identical. On the left of each floor plan are highlighted areas denoted with a red outline which show a comparison of the differences.
Level 10: the highlighted area shows 2 x multi ownership virtual spaces of 100 NFTs each.
Level 11: You can see 3 x single ownership REBLOK. As shown, there are three sizes, compared to two on Level 10, and these virtual spaces are smaller in size.
REBLOK Pricing
REBLOK pricing ranges from 240,000 $BLOK (equivalent to $60 at IDO price of $0.00025) for a multiple ownership REBLOK NFT. And will go up to 80,000,000 $BLOK (equivalent to $20,000 at IDO price of $0.00025) for a sole ownership REBLOK NFT.
ADBLOK: Earn revenue from major global advertisers.
Within Bloktopia one of the key earning opportunities to investors is via advertising. The Bloktopia Media Management team will work with key brand partners within the crypto world, and the media agency Anzu and WPP, to offer a global brands a unique opportunity to advertise within Bloktopia.
There are five advertising totems on each of the 21 levels of Bloktopia. A large one in the middle of each level and four smaller ones in each corner. All totems are multiple ownership and are 2 different sizes. Each totem will generate revenue from impressions gained by the daily active users of Bloktopia. NFTs for advertising will also be available to purchase and will be known as ADBLOK.
Advertising fees generated through the adverts shown on the ADBLOK advertising totems, will be distributed to the owners of the correlating ADBLOK NFT.
