Monk needs to significantly improve his handle and be more aggressive going to the basket in the half court and getting to the line. If he can do that (and recent evidence seems to show that he is getting better), he is guaranteed to be an elite scorer in the league. I think his floor is Jamal Crawford with better D and his ceiling is a cross between Westbrook and Lillard.
