Which concert would you most like to attend?
The concert I would like to most attend would have to be Adele’s concert. The reason I would most like to attend her concert is because she is my absolute favorite female artist over 25 . In my opinion, her voice adds a whole new level of depth to all her songs, with my personal favorite being Someone Like You, setting them apart from all of the other singers. Additionally, she has also been known for her flawless live performances whereas all of the other artists, including Taylor Swift, Brittany Spears and Mariah Carey, who delivered a screeching rendition of All I Want for Christmas at one point, have all been caught lip singing, having voice cracks and just completely failing their live performances, which can all be heard by listening to their raw mic feed, which is what goes through the performing singer’s earpiece and is the raw voice of the singer, coming strait from the microphone, without the music. These artists are the complete polar opposites of Adele, who, after performing Hello, had her raw mic feed leaked. After listening to it, people noticed that what she had belted out was identical to the album version, meaning she had sung the whole song pitch perfect. What defines an artist, is not the amount of auto tune you have to drown the voice of the singer in, but rather, the voice itself, and Adele is a clear queen in respecting that, honouring the well deserved title of an artist.
What would be your ideal Valentine’s Day date?
My ideal Valentine’s Day date would be, first of all, a girl who’s got beautiful eyes that I could completely and utterly get lost into, just by staring into them, no matter what color they are, and second of all, luscious shiny waves of hair, also any coloured. It would be a dream that she has a French or British accent, since those are the two most attractive accents in the world. Hopefully, she’d encompass the meaning of perfection and additionally have a great sense of humour, a truly mellifluous voice and a laugh that could kill. Now, the date itself would start on a cliff, which is where we’d meet. It would be just about the golden hour, and we’d be sitting at the edge, admiring the breathtaking view. We’d hear the waves crash against jagged rocks at the bottom, making sound that would envelope us in the thrill. We’d talk about our future, like we had a clue, and stare into the sky of colours, painted rosy orange. It would be warm, bright and utterly ineffable, and as the sun sets, our breaths would hitch, we’d quiet down, and just let the sound of the waves, the beauty of the sea and the light of the sky fully transport us into this otherworldliness of ethereal beauty. Then, as the night approaches and the moon starts to glow, we walk down a trail into a clearing speckled with grandiose trees in all the right places. A table would be set in serendipity and it would mark the spot where we have a lovely candlelit dinner, with sushi as its course. We’d enjoy the food as if it was our last meal, and then we’d start singing. We wouldn’t care about who heard us or not, and we sing and sing until our voices got hoarse. Then, it would be time to go, but just before, we’d go to the bottom of the cliff, and walk barefoot under the moonlight. The cool, wed sand would feel amazing between our toes and we’d just walk and walk in silence, holding hand, hoping that this moment would last… forever.
