It’s 2017 and Mental Health is still an issue in the workplace.

At Blueboard, we’re incredibly supportive of work/life balance, so loved seeing this article promoting time for breaks and mental health to prevent burnout. We offer all employees Work from Home Wednesdays so that employees can take a break from commuting, catch up on errands, and have the opportunity to work from a more comfortable space like their home or a neighborhood coffee shop at least once a week. Also, now on Thursdays, free office yoga let by our RTY Head of Marketing. Little things like these, and your amazing email, and just a few steps towards a more balanced, healthy workplace.
