BluntDAO has a DAO for OG Validators on Solana, a DAO for OG Validators on NEAR (more information on the rollout for this in the upcoming month), and now we are coming to the Ethereum ecosystem!
Back since the first Sesh, we vowed we would onboard at least 420 Validators (Wallet -> NFT -> DAO) on every blockchain ever.
For almost a year we only allowed Blunts even as we opened up our next batch of 420 Validators to NEAR, and another set on Solana powered by Cupcake. Since we have opened up to Spliff’s at Solana Breakpoint (Read about it here).
⛰️ EthDenver
Now at EthDenver 2023 we have opened up Validators to any SESH debuting or limited edition POAPs that we got too smacked to launch at the last EthDenver. Shoutout to @dyrmkr_art for making this piece. Powered by POAP (Gnosis Chain on the backend), and WeLook we were able to easily dispense POAPs to addresses, emails, or ENS in a frictionless way. We were honored to be blessed with unlimited joints by our long time friends at PizzaDAO as another key onboarding session at their event (forgot what it was called but there was Pizza + Gluten free pizza).
We also had the honor to co-host NFT Denver with NFT San Francisco, Offchain, and Human Guild, where we onboarded people from all over. Additionally some of our classic Sesh NFTs by @amyqin_sol, @dyrmkr_art, and @cafesomosablue were featured in the NFT gallery.
Hacks
We had the opportunity to hack on the blockchain Operating System on NEAR with OnboardDAO for the EthDenver hackathon. See our contributions here. We are one of the first to write about NEAR.social, have a (request a sesh) widget, and now DAO’s to make a NEAR Social profile. We are still closely aligned with the NEAR & Solana ecosystem and are still building with these communities.

🗳️ How to Vote
Now with your POAP you can cast proposals and vote on Snapshot. Votes and proposals on Snapshot are gasless, meaning you do not need any tokens to cast a vote, you simply need to sign JSON messages with you wallet. Check docs.bluntdao.org for how to properly format a proposal (Ex; BIP #000X (XX): Proposal Tagline). To keep up to date with all the proposals check the #DAO channel in the BluntDAO discord.
👋 Onboarding Moving Forward
For now we are teaming up with the GenaDrop team to issue Sesh NFTs on Polygon as Soulbound NFTs. We will be updating the Snapshot ever new 100 members manually through GenaDrop as our main priority is to build the BluntDAO Proof of Sesh dApp, which we are open-sourcing in the upcoming month. If you are looking to help us build go to the development section of the discord and telegram & request to be added to the repo until then (clearer documentation will be made available on docs.bluntdao.org).
