I love this. I have a brain injury and therefore have been taking 5 minute “brain breaks” on the hour every hour of every day for the past 2.5 years. Just listening to the sound of my own breathing is calming, and helps my head feel so much better. It’s amazing just how bad staring at blue screens is on our brains. Here is a good example:
For those who smoke cigarettes, they don’t feel the damage and impact that the smoke actually has on their lungs and body as a whole, until they fall ill with bronchitis or some other lung affected virus. I give this example because I used to smoke.
I never knew just how harmful blue screens were until my healthy brain became compromised. Food for thought.
