For sure, if you’re using FullStory, it absolutely needs to be in compliance with the commitments you make to your customers in your ToS and privacy policies. FullStory also makes it very easy to filter out sensitive information so that the only information that gets recorded is a customer’s _behavior_, which is what ultimately allows you to provide a better support experience and build a better product.
