I have had to deal with this a few times in my career as well. I try to focus on what we intend to accomplish — what benefit the envisioned concept would do. Each project has goals (or should) so speak to those.
I also keep it in the present tense to make sure it’s clear that this is currently in progress and the actual outcomes aren’t known yet.
Something like: ‘Designing wireframes to make it simpler to find and purchase concert tickets.’
Once you test it or it goes live, you can then update with actual statistics. ‘Designed wireframes that decreased purchase time for concert tickets by 15%.’ or whatever it might be.
