What do you want to do before you die?

It’s a question that hits you at the core. It makes you feel in your heart. It makes you question and reflect. It sets you on a journey to live.

“But often, in the world’s most crowded streets, but often, in the din of strife, there rises an unspeakable desire, after the knowledge of our buried life…”
-Matthew Arnold, “The Buried Life

I stumbled upon this video and this story the other day.

Everyone should have a story like this.

Everyone should ask themselves this one question:

What do you want to do before you die?

Take some time. Sit on it. Reflect on it. Pray on it. Meditate on it.

Make a list.

Don’t just pick one thing.

Brainstorm a long list of things you want to do.

Then go do them.

Go live.

It should be a constant thing you keep in your life. You should have an always evolving, always growing, list of things you want to do before you die.

“Better to have lived a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way.”
-Alan Watts
