Nah, Sammy. Senator Booker (etc.) gets a ding for voting against that amendment. If it wasn’t going to pass anyway, why not vote party lines?

Booker was Wall Street’s favorite senate candidate last election (even moreso that Mitch McConnell).

I am progressive but I know how it works. I got in line after the primary. And yes, e’eryone takes money. President Obama got a lot. However, I am sure a lot of voters this cycle didn’t get behind Clinton because they perceived her as corporatist, establishment, neoliberal. The same perception is a liability for Booker as well, which has me doubly confused as to why he doesn’t guard against it.
