Vatica Indian Vegetarian Restaurant makes its cuisine preference clear from its very name to the plentiful signs adorning the entryway reminding patrons that it is a vegetarian only establishment.

When Linda and I walked in, there was no one in sight. We walked down the hall, peered into the kitchen, and called out for assistance. How about a nice, juicy steak?!” Ahhh, gentle South Asian irony is music to my ears any time!
