The traditional brokerage commission model in the real estate industry has long been clunky, expensive, and stifling. Real estate agents routinely jump from one brokerage to another, with minimal differences in regard to compensation models offered at one brokerage versus another. The last 3 to 5 years, we’ve seen a cluster of Flat Fee Brokerages gain significant traction as real estate agents attempt to reclaim more of the commission they pay to their brokerage.

AGENT FLEX MODEL

SOCIAL

Social Agent is our real estate license holding compensation plan. This referral only brokerage is for the real estate agent that no longer wants to pay all the high cost that comes with being a REALTOR®. However, they want to continue earning commissions with their real estate license. As a Social Agent, they no longer have to pay Association Dues, MLS Fees, or Broker Fees. This Agent refers their co-workers, family, and friends to a REALTOR® they know, like, and trust in exchange for a 35% referral fee.

FLEX

FLEX Agent is for Agents that close 3 to 15 sales transactions a year, and who wants to CAP very fast. On an 80/20 split, and with a low $10,000 CAP, a FLEX Agent should reach their CAP with 4 to 6 closings depending on their average sales price. This compensation model defers the Agents Monthly Membership Fee for the first three(3) months. The objective is to reduce your startup costs while getting set up at DOSS.
