Bobby Soper built a successful career in the gaming industry. It began as legal counsel with the Mohegan Indian Tribe in 1997, and evolved into positions of high-level leadership of increasing responsibility and continued success. During his career, he has earned appointments to serve as President and CEO of Mohegan Sun at Pocono, Mohegan Sun (Uncasville), and the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, respectively. Now, Bobby Soper manages Sun Gaming & Hospitality, an international consulting firm for the hospitality and gaming industry.
