Nice question!

My own view is that the moral constraints on free expression rights should be (i) incitement to violence, (ii) intent to coerce, & (iii) malicious slander. So if Trump crosses (or has crossed) those lines, it would be morally permissible to ban him from Twitter.

Ironically, Trump himself supports the (I think, crazy) idea that corporations are persons who, among other things, can refuse to serve people for religious reasons. So if he had actually signed that executive order, then Twitter could have claimed a religious objection against him, banned him, & hoisted him on his own petard….
