Whatever color, ethnicity, or other criteria you want apply, yelling stomping and/or just making noise at 2 AM on a working day/night is inconsiderate and discourteous. This issue, as people look for the above self righteous discrimination and/or racist reasons still stands. In other words who gives a crap what color, creed or “other” reason for the requestors behavior, it does not matter. So shut up at 2AM and let your neighbors sleep.
