Forecasting significant Challenge/Opportunity Periods in yours and anyone’s life.
Introduction to the method:
This method of forecasting is wholly different from other techniques and practices in divination forecasting, such as used in Astrology, Tarot, Psychism, Palmistry, etc. The method has been tested and empirically supported over the last 40 some years with several hundred individuals worldwide. It utilizes the Zodiac itself, with seasonal notations, overlaid on a persons present 7-year cycle starting from one’s date of birth. There is no reference to Astrological or other methods of forecasting. This simple modification creates a “Life Clock” that can, with remarkable accuracy, forecast particular time periods in anyone’s life that will offer both challenges and opportunities, as well as offer a characterization of the challenges faced. The graphic below illustrates the 7 Year Cycle for an individual born on 12/13/1989 with the 48 dates around the perimeter and todays date marked by the Blue Dot on the perimeter that are produced once the date of birth was entered in the JavaScript application that I developed on my website.
In this article I will explain the consideration that occurred over many years behind the methods inception and development and will then demonstrate its effectiveness with some very public personas, including the person born on 12/13/1989 illustrated above.
The definition of Zodiac from Merriam-Webster:
“1. a. an imaginary band in the heavens centered on the ecliptic that encompasses the apparent paths of all the planets and is divided into 12 constellations or signs each taken for astrological purposes to extend 30 degrees of longitude.
1. b. figure representing the signs of the zodiac and their symbols
2. a cyclic course”
The Zodiac itself begins with the Aries Sign and moves counterclockwise, down, and around, traversing all 12 signs of the Zodiac. However, in the forecasting method I discovered, rather than viewing the signs as expressions of a person's character, as in traditional Sun Sign Astrology, this forecasting method utilizes the signs as characterizations of a period of time in a person's life.
As a preface it will be helpful to understand the Zodiac’s historical influence on the development of the concepts of “experienced” time on earth.
“The Tropical Zodiac’s influence on calendars and timekeeping is multifaceted and far-reaching, shaping how we conceptualize and measure time on various scales. The 12 Zodiac signs correspond to both the changing seasons and to 12 months starting from the Spring Equinox on or about March 21–22, identified as the Beginning of Aries in the Tropical Zodiac. This concept of months likely arose from a combination of early observations of lunar cycles and cultural/mythological/religious associations with the number 12. The division of the circle into 360 degrees related to observations sometime around 550 BC in Babylonia of the number of visible sunrises and sunsets in a year, tying each experienced “day” to a yearly cycle. This perspective of “timekeeping,” intertwined with seasonal, celestial, and day cycles, has influenced human endeavors for centuries and continues so today as reflected in calendar systems, including the widespread adoption of the Gregorian Calendar, the world’s DeFacto standard, which was shaped by a complex interplay of factors including the Zodiac’s influence.” (I do not distinguish between the Tropical and Sidereal Zodiac. Around 550 BC during its final development there was no distinction to be made, and the primary factor for the Babylonian culture, in my research, was the Spring Equinox, not the beginning of a specific Constellation, which at the time happened to be Aries)
As to the use of the Zodiac overlaid on a 7 Year Cycle as exemplary of a significant period for any individual, there is an historical tradition noted HERE in this Wikipedia article of ascribing 7-year stages to the life of man. There are also many other unique aspects to the number 7, including references to it in many religious traditions around the world. Note some of these HERE in a Wikipedia article.
There are many other examples of the uniqueness of the number 7 as descriptive of primary divisions within a process or system of classification. Examples include:
The 7 periods or energy levels in the periodic table that classifies all known elements in the universe.
The 7 chakras of the Tantric Yogic Tradition.
The 7 tones in the diatonic music scales: one of the most widely used musical scales in the world, and the basis of western music having roots in pre-history.
The 7 colors in the visible light spectrum.
The 7 stages or years mentioned in the work of psychologists and educators such as Erik Erikson, Rudoph Steiner, Jean Piaget, and Abraham Maslow.
The Linnaean Classification System: Classifies organisms into a hierarchy of seven levels: Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species.
The Seven Stages of Grief: Shock, Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Testing, and Acceptance.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride.
The Scientific Method: a 7-stage process of asking a question, forming a hypothesis, designing an experiment, collecting data, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and communicating results.
The Water Cycle: a 7-stage cycle that keeps Earth’s water system in balance. The stages include evaporation, transpiration, condensation, precipitation, infiltration, groundwater storage, and runoff.
Soil Formation: Soil, the foundation of terrestrial life, is formed through a complex 7-stage process. The stages include weathering, leaching, translocation, illuviation, humus formation, profile development, and erosion.
In the field of chronobiology there is significant evidence to support the fact that many plant, animal, and human cycles exist that are “timed” by daily, monthly, seasonal, and yearly rhythms. Notably, chronobiology has clearly established that there is a 7-day circaseptan rhythm active in many areas. To name a few: Immune system activity, Hormone levels, Cell division, Mood and alertness, Sleep patterns, Food cravings, Hospital admissions, Medication effectiveness, Animal behavior, Plant growth, and even the Life Cycle of the common cold.
Needless to say, 7 keeps popping up throughout history, culture, religion, and science as having unique properties of process classification and distinction.
One example of its uniqueness that struck me many years ago is related to the fact that the perimeter of the Zodiacal circle was divided into 360 degrees. The uniqueness of 360, aside from what is mentioned in the quote above as being associated with the number of visible sunrises and sunsets in a year, is that 360 can be divided by every single whole number 1 through 9 of the base 10 number system except 7. This sets 7 apart and, in my estimation at the time, provided a justification, among others, for the hypothesis that a “whole” cycle relevant to man must be 7 Years in length. In other words, 360 degrees is not adequate to describe a full cycle for man but must be 2520 degrees (7*360) or 7 years. I then tested this hypothesis over many years finding clear evidence for 7-year cycles through observations based on the birth dates of friends, family, and strangers that solicited “readings” through a website I operated for many years. The hypothesis proved remarkably correct and resulted in the development of the application on my website of today.
The implication of this thesis that has proven demonstrably correct is that there are not only 7-year processes in the life of man, but 7 month and 7-day processes as well that can be calculated from the date of birth alone and observed in anyone’s life.
The idea of 7 Year Cycles is not in itself unique, however I have not found one instance in my years of research in which a 7 Year Cycle was correlated directly to the divisions and characterizations inherent within the Zodiac.
Using this forecasting method, we can ascertain the degree of significance for all 48 date periods identified within a 7 Year Cycle corresponding, in order of significance, to the (1) seasonal divisions with the dates on the bold Blue Lines, (2) the mid-points of the seasonal dates on the bold Red Lines, (3) the dates at the beginning of each Zodiac Phase, (4) and finally, the remainder of the dates.
The applications and my website are copywrite and are provided as a service in order to advocate for the use of this method of forecasting more universally. It was built with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript. It calculates and displays the 48 dates around the perimeter of the 7 Year Cycle once a person enters their date of birth. The calculations take into account the fact that the actual length of a year is 365.25 days in length and every 4 years is a leap year.
It also calculates the dates for what are termed the Challenge Periods, which are a more detailed look at each of the periods of time surrounding each of the 48 individual dates on the 7 Year Cycle. These periods last about 8 weeks, of which the 2 weeks in the middle of these periods, (one week on either side of the date on the 7 Year Cycle), are the most likely to bring certain present issues, problems, opportunities, and/or concerns to a head and a potential Turning Point. This allows for one to be able to track these 7-day periods and gain an understanding about the accuracy and usefulness of this method of forecasting.
Demonstration of the method with Taylor Swift:
If we utilize the date of birth for Taylor Swift, 12/13/1989, we will get a 7 Year Cycle that looks like this as of the date it was calculated:
The 7 Year Cycle for Taylor Swift was initiated on 12/13/17 with the beginning of the 7 Month Phase of Aries and moves counterclockwise, down, and around till it returns to the same point 7 years later on 12/13/2024.
As stated previously, the periods that tend to be the most significant in a person’s 7 Year Cycle surround the dates on the heavy Blue Lines, the Initiation Points, followed by the mid-points between the Initiation Points, the Reorientation Points on the heavy Red Lines.
Taylor Swift at the moment of this publication, is undoubtedly a highly visible public persona. Let's look at the date surrounding 3/13/23 which I identified by the red oval on the chart. This date is an Initiation Point and the beginning of the 7 Month Capricorn Phase. Below is a short descriptive statement from my website about this period of time for any individual who is beginning the 7 Month Capricorn Phase:
On 3/17/23 Ms. Swift began her Eras Tour, 4 days after the Initiation Point of the Capricorn Phase, about as close as you can expect to get to an exact hit. In the quote above about the nature of the Capricorn Phase it is described as “the search to establish a sense of control within an environment that feels disorderly and even chaotic or within circumstances that have arisen that can feel overwhelming and even out of control. It requires discipline and even an authoritarian approach in order to manage the process.” The Capricorn Phase also tends to be the peak of one's public career and the demands thereof during the present 7 Year Cycle.
The tour is, as of the date of this publication, by all accounts, beating pretty much all records for tickets sales, gross sales, attendance, and “earth disturbance” by registering on the Richter scale in Seattle as a small localized “earthquake”, in addition to the chaos of ticket availability surrounding the initiation of the event that required considerable work to smooth out. By all accounts of the Tour and the recognition accruing to Ms. Swift all fits nicely with the description of the Capricorn Phase above.
The upheaval around Ticket Master sales related to the Eras Tour brought on a Senate Judiciary hearing on 1/24/2023 on its dominance, which is 3 days prior to the midpoint Reorientation Point of the Aquarius Phase for Taylor Swift, on the bold Red Line. These are perfect examples of how accurately this method of forecasting can pinpoint significant periods and dates in person’s lives.
By any measure I would call this a hit. These types of correlations are by no means rare. For any individual utilizing the method through the application I provide they will be able to observe the process of intensification that occurs during these Challenge/Opportunity periods for themselves.
To have this type of information prior to the period can be extremely helpful in preparing for it and understanding it as part of a larger cyclic process within which we all, as humans, participate.
The following is a test that I present on my website you can apply to your own life to test the general thesis of a 7 Year Cycle active in your life:
As clearly as possible, recall the period surrounding your birthdays when you turned 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42 and any other birthday that is a whole number multiple of 7. The periods around these birthdays are highly significant and can range from many weeks prior to and after the birth date. They are some of the most significant periods in people's lives.
They often mark a significant change or disruption in terms of what life issues come to the forefront of attention and energy for some time thereafter. The beginning of any 7 Year Cycle is related to the Aries Sign and the Spring Equinox when “new life struggles to emerge”. These periods can thus mark a significant new direction for your life in some fundamental sense.
Demonstration of the method with Donald Trump:
Now for the second Public Persona known to many people, Donald Trump. The date of birth is 6/14/1946. Here is what the present 7 Year Cycle looks like for Mr. Trump. He turned 77 as of 6/14/2023, the beginning of a new 7 Year Cycle for him. I will update this section as needed to follow the correlations between significant events in his life that correspond to dates on his 7 Year Clock.
Here is the short description of the character of the process initiated during anyone’s passage through the 7 Month Aries Phase that starts a new 7 Year Cycle:
Since his 7 Year Cycle started 6/14/2023 it was not difficult to identify certain “resistance and barriers” to Mr. Trumps “search to birth a new life direction”. And it is obvious that the “struggle is self-centered and personal”, as it would be for anyone passing through this phase.
The barriers to which I refer are the state and federal indictments that sprinkled the period surrounding the beginning of his new 7 Year Cycle on 6/14/2023.
— The first from a Manhattan Grand Jury was handed down 3/30/2023.
— The second, more threatening, was the Federal Indictment handed down 6/8/2023 in Southern District of Florida for which he was arraigned 6/13/2023, one day before his birthday and the beginning of his new 7 Year Cycle.
— The third, and further threatening, was a Federal Indictment handed down 8/1/2023 in Washington D.C.
— The fourth and final came on 8/14/2023 in Georgia.
These events obviously qualify as significantly life altering events that can generally occur during the beginning of a new 7 Year Cycle in the Aries Phase. One can look at one’s own life and find similar life altering or defining events at the start of new 7 Year Cycles.
The second example from Donald Trump's 7 Year Cycle. On 1/14/24 Trump entered the 7 Month Taurus Phase, and the Iowa Republican Caucus was 1/15/24. Mere coincidence? Not from my perspective. The election race had begun and Trump was obviously competing with individuals who were proposing that it was time to move on from Trump, but not Trumpism. However, Trump had a record breaking win. This becomes the beginning of the process for Trump to, as I state in the description of the Taurus Phase, “free oneself from the sense of being devalued or less capable”. Iowa was a first test for this.
Additionally, Super Tuesday was 3/5/2024 and the next Challenge Period date on Mr. Trumps 7 Year Cycle was 3/7/2024. The super Tuesday results established Trump in a commanding lead. Below is the description of the character of the process in the Taurus Phase and the 2nd Quarter Challenge Period. As stated in the description this Challenge Period provides “significant clues as to the issues that will come to a head in this Phase and require resolution.” This was very prescient of what was to occur, as Trump was, at this point, steamrolling through to the nomination yet being taken to court for various offenses and being denigrated as a lawbreaker.
The next Challenge Point is the mid-point of the Taurus Phase, and is a Reorientation Point on 4/29/24, as can be seen on his cycle graph. This Reorientation Point can be quite significant. The Taurus Phase in general is centered on a process of self-valuation within an environment which seems to confront one’s sense of self-worth. The reorientation is, as stated in the description of the Taurus Phase, when the process moves from one “in which the struggle is to feel personally valued to one in which the struggle is to find new internal definitions of self-value.”
The date of the Reorientation Point becomes another remarkable correlation between his 7 Year Clock and the process of his life, as his “hush money trial” begins on 4/15/24 and on 5/7/2024 Stormy Daniels took the stand, well within the period of influence for this Reorientation Point on 4/29/24 on his 7 Year Clock and clear evidence of a correlation between these forecasts and the actual events in Trumps life. As stated in my description of the Mid Challenge Period “The essential issues of the Phase begin to manifest strongly”. I would call this an accurate description of the process that was occurring and which was coinciding with his efforts to turn the trial to his political advantage.
In the CNN quoted article posted 4/30/24 located HERE the first sentence states:
“Donald Trump will make his most concentrated effort yet to turn his criminal trial into a political asset in the next two days, heading from the courtroom to the campaign trail and back again.”
The process that occurs in the Taurus Phase, one of having to redefine one’s sense of self-worth because circumstances arise that clearly threaten it (very obvious in the process that occurred during the trial), with the Reorientation Point being the place in which one makes that transition from the experience of being devalued, to one in which the individual reorients one’s sense of self-value and in which Trump succeeded by turning the trial into as quoted above “a political asset” as well as a financial one for his campaign.
The next significant date as we move toward the election is 6/21/24. This date marks the 4th and final Challenge Period during Trumps 7 Month Taurus Phase. Based on the description of this Challenge Period “the issues of the phase begin to be resolved, generally as you pass the Turning Point of the Challenge Period”. And the issues that do begin to be resolved in Trump’s case are the challenges to his sense of self-worth from the trial as the trial ends with a guilty verdict and Trump remains defiant asserting HERE:
“This was a rigged, disgraceful trial,” an angry Trump told reporters after leaving the courtroom. “The real verdict is going to be Nov. 5 by the people. They know what happened, and everyone knows what happened here.”
His clearly successful battle to turn this trial to his advantage was evidenced with his campaign raising 52.8 million after the guilty verdict as reported HERE.
The actual incident that correlated to this Turning Point was the debate between Trump and Biden in Atlanta on 6/26/24, 5 days after the date on Trump’s 7 Year Clock. The debate was a disaster for Biden as reported HERE and an obvious boost for Trump’s campaign.
To quote from the headline of the CNN report:
Biden’s disastrous debate pitches his reelection bid into crisis:
If Joe Biden loses November’s election, history will record that it took just 10 minutes to destroy a presidency. It was clear a political disaster was about to unfold as soon as the 81-year-old commander in chief stiffly shuffled on stage in Atlanta to stand eight feet from ex-President Donald Trump at what may turn into the most fateful presidential debate in history.
We saw the eventual result in Biden’s withdrawal on 7/21/2024 and Harris’s ascendancy.
The next significant date in the countdown to the election is 8/14/2024, which is the beginning of the 7 month Gemini Phase in Trump’s 7 Year Clock. Below is a description of the phase and of the Beginning Challenge Period of the Phase:
The description of the Gemini Phase clearly captures Trump’s “search to understand and navigate the new environment and relationship's one finds oneself within”, especially as regards Harris’s entry into the race.
Gemini is often associated with communication and the need to communicate effectively but with a tendency to adopt the stance of the “darker or more emotional” twin. Trump, during this period, could be said to manifest this “darker” twin in some his assertions. On the other hand, during this phase communication with regards to his campaign becomes crucial and events associated with “communication” become crucial, clearly seen in the intense schedule of rallies. (And in a clear nod to Astrology, Trump’s Sun is conjunct his Uranus in Gemini in the 10th House, so sudden, at times inflammatory outbursts, would not be uncommon in any case for this individual.) The Gemini Phase is also associated with the potential development of close personal relationships that are felt to be supportive.
Moving into this phase Trump is often caught off balance (somewhat of an understatement) in his communications regarding his opponent Kamala Harris. On the other side of the coin, one day prior to the beginning date for the Gemini Phase on 8/14/24 (an exact hit) an event occurred that clearly shows the various strains of the Gemini Characteristics mentioned above. The meeting on X between Donald Trump and Elon Musk, which suffered significant technical difficulties (communications issues) but cemented their “bromance” that resulted in about $277 million in contributions by Musk and, as we have seen, significant power within the presidency itself. Here is a quote for the CNN article hosted HERE:
“Throughout the conversation, Musk asked Trump softball questions that allowed the former president to stick to his talking points, including on immigration and the economy. He repeated parts of his campaign stump speech and was not challenged by Musk on any of his false claims.
The two men also heaped praise on each other, and Musk claimed, “I think we’re at a fork in the road of destiny of civilization and I think we need to take the right path and, and I think you’re the right path.”
Trump said Musk’s endorsement “meant a lot to me,” and added, “Not all endorsements mean that much, to be honest. Your endorsement meant a lot.”
Musk at one point suggested Trump should form a new presidential commission focused on “government efficiency” and appoint him to it. Trump immediately responded, “I’d love it.”
The next significant date in the countdown to the election is 10/6/2024, associated with the 2nd Quarter Challenge period.
His concerns and are now focused clearly on communication and how he communicates, as evidenced by the intense schedule of rallies, and commentaries on Truth Social and X. Yet, for the Turning Point date itself, in a New York Time’s article for 10/9/24 HERE, 3 days after Trump’s Turning Point date of 10/6/24, Trump is quoted as saying:
“We just rented Madison Square Garden,” he said at a rally in Scranton, Pa., eliciting cheers. “We’re going to make a play for New York.”
This is clear indication of what the Challenge Period is to be about, in other words as stated above, the “issues that will come to a head in this Phase”. The “play for New York” is for Trump an especially important venue, as noted in the New York Time’s article HERE, providing him with with an opportunity to visit his hometown, see his name “in lights”, as quoted in the article, and accrue a “blitz of coverage”.
It is fascinating to see that the next date of significance for Trump is NOT election day, but Thanksgiving on 11/28/25. On this day Trump, as quoted in Boston Herald HERE, wishes a happy Thanksgiving ‘to all, including to the Radical Left Lunatics’. Trump has reached the Middle of the Gemini Phase when, as quoted below, “the essential issues of the phase begin to manifest strongly during this period and become more consciously obvious.” We see in this communication what could be called a preview of what is come once he is inaugurated.
We now reach the last Turning Point of the Gemini Phase. Is it surprising that the date 1/20/25 on Trump’s 7 Year Clock correlates precisely with the inauguration? As stated below, in the 4th Quarter Challenge Period “The issues of the Phase begin to be resolved, generally as you pass the Turning Point” which is obviously after the Inauguration. Trump is now free to turn his attention to the Blitzkrieg of Executive Orders that will be coming out of the Executive Office.
The fact that Trump had the inauguration date as significant and the last Turning Point of the Gemini Phase was a clear indication that he had a high probability of winning the election, since Kamala Harris’s 7 Year Clock showed no such significance to that date. She was approaching the beginning of the Scorpio Phase which, as stated below, is “The search to free oneself from the sense of not being appreciated in your public role..” This was reinforcement that she would not win the election. I shared this with friends but did not publish this.
Trump’s Cancer Phase begins with the Turning Point date of 3/14/2025.
On 3/4/2025 he gave his first State of the Union address and it was a “fitting” end to the Gemini Phase marked by his need to communicate his “view” of reality. In essence the address was a declaration of his personal victory. And in the terms of an opinion piece in the New York Times located HERE Maureen Dowd summed it up as:
“Trump has remade the presidency, just as he has remade the Republican Party, in his own image. The first presidential address of his new term mirrored all his old rallies: It was an ode to himself.”
Here is a description of the Cancer Phase:
For a public figure such as Trump, the term “home environment” can also be considered the environment that immediately surrounds him, which includes his cabinet and those he considers close advisors, and in reality for Trump America itself and it’s “place’ in the world. The crab is a perfect symbol for the archetypal challenges of this period, with it’s hard shell needed to protect itself within a constantly shifting and threatening environment, from the perspective of the person passing through this phase seeking to establish security and stability. In this sense, as Trump approaches and moves beyond the start date of this new phase he is, and will be, attempting to establish the environment within which he hopes to craft his MAGA version of America. However, we can anticipate threats to succeeding in his quest, since the beginning of the Cancer Phase is one of the 4 most significant challenge/opportunity periods in an individuals 7 Year Cycle and is an “initiation point” for what can be considered a 21 month period that encompasses not only the Cancer Phase but includes the Leo and Virgo Phases as well.
Trump’s cabinet meeting on Mar 6th, only 8 days from the beginning of the Cancer Phase on Mar 14th, is a clear reflection of this challenge. He made clear in the meeting, as reported in numerous sources and HERE, that his cabinet was in charge of staffing, shifting the balance of influence between Musk and the Cabinet secretaries.
On the exact date of the Beginning of the Cancer Phase on Friday Mar 14th, Trump made his speech at the Justive Department that was characterized HERE as:
Trump’s Grievance-Filled Speech Makes Clear His Quest for Vengeance Is Personal
The sole offense of those President Trump singled out in remarks at the Justice Department appeared to have been trying to hold him accountable for his actions.
and HERE as:
President Donald Trump pledged to “expose” his enemies during a norm-breaking political speech Friday at the Justice Department in which he aired a litany of grievances about the criminal cases he faced and vowed retribution for what he described as the “lies and abuses that have occurred within these walls.”
This speech could clearly be described as an “Initiating Event” and, as I have described on my website, as “a reaction of protectiveness in the unstable environment initiated” at the begnning of the Aries Phase, the first “Initiating Event” of any new 7 Year Cycle when many of the primary lawsuits involving Trump were initiated. You cannot get more accurate than this.
The Cancer Phase will last 7 months, and as “Initiatory” in nature, Trump is and will be attempting to put “his house” in order with his house referring to his vision for America. There are many prongs to this Make America Great Again strategy and as of today on 3/26/2025 it incurs tariffs, withdrawing from decades of international support, the massive reduction in the Federal Workforce, which has been viewed by Trump as the “deep state”, implicit threats to absorb new territory into “America”, inititating deportation of those deemed “undesirable”, and pushing against and actively challenging the judiciary branch of government as the presently only counter balancing force to centralizing power. Looking at these as a whole you can begin to see a pattern related to Cancer and procuring a “secure” environment because Trump views these as “threats” to “real power”. And as of this date, the only real challenges are from the judiciary.

One disclaimer: I did not cherry pick these examples when I first wrote this article, I simply identified 2 very public personas and the events that I suspected would show up as significant in their 7 Year Cycle charts and then ran the charts. The life events corresponded as I suspected they would. And they continue to correlate for Trump as I follow his 7 Year Clock. Since the election I have decided to continue this process with President Trump. My stance one of a concerned observer looking for correlations.
