Scary Movies I Watched as a Kid (And a Few I Didn’t)

I absolutely love your writing and cartoons!!! Believe it or not, it was my father who took us to see horror films — in the movie theatre no less so we could experience magnified imagery and the effect of everlasting terror! The classic wolfman, sundry frankensteins and mummies were scary enough but it was the original War of the Worlds (1953) that sent my poor sister and I fleeing under our beds (not that under any bed is safe) where we remained huddled for the past 60 years, terrorized to the bone! But I think you would enjoy Creep Show if you like Halloween.

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
