Be careful drawing conclusions that are not supported by the referenced study. All this study does is assign numbers to foods. This study, which references the study you reference, shows that in a 24 week weight maintenance trial of 82 obese people there was no difference between the subjects on a high satiety diet and those on a low satiety diet.
