New Research Shows that Reducing Saturated Fat Is a Waste of Time

OK, maybe I’m missing something here. I read the abstracts of both Cochrane studies (References #3 & #4), and their conclusions don’t support yours. The Conclusion of #3 states: “ The findings of this updated review are suggestive of a small but potentially important reduction in cardiovascular risk on reduction of saturated fat intake.” Both studies recommend a permanent reduction in dietary saturated fats for those “at risk for CVD and to lower risk population groups.” What am I missing?
