The reason this is so awesome? It shows that someone who has lost a lot of weight can keep the weight off through following a diet that’s predominantly lower in palatability (I’ll expand on this point later).

This is patently obvious. If a food is less palatable why would you want to eat more? At this point eating becomes nothing more than maintenence. Is this a good thing?
