Really interesting take, Nalini. So I understand properly, you’re saying there is less need for UX researchers because tools make it easier to understand and interpret user behavior? The demise of “trained” researchers watching humans, because PMs, designers, engineers, can use software that watches and interprets humans for us? I like where you’re going with this, since I run a UX research tool, but I’m also thinking about how rapidly UX research teams have grown, yours included. You think we’ll see these teams shrink?
