From July 31 to August 4, our team was able to attend the summer installment of the Las Vegas Market. When we weren’t devouring meals from one of the food trucks, we were hustling from showroom to showroom — on the lookout for which exhibitors were pioneering trends and releasing innovative products. Here’s a review of what we saw.
Aesthetic Content and Deco Hides Win Best Booth Awards
Bonagora Marketplace vendors Aesthetic Content and Deco Hides were two of eleven temporary exhibitors, from the 500+ attending in total, to receive a Best Booth award at the Summer 2016 market. According to a press release from Las Vegas Market, they recognize “extraordinary temporary exhibitors who have demonstrated exceptional booth design and visual merchandising techniques to excite and inspire Market attendees.” Aesthetic Content hails from Texas, specializing in modern home decor and scented soy candles. Marble Makes a Comeback
As we predicted back in April, marble decor has returned and was back with a vengeance during the Las Vegas Market. Typically known for their French-inspired linens, Couleur Nature even boasted a sophisticated line of white marble home accessories — including serving trays, bowls and cutting boards.
The Best Coffee in Las Vegas
A tip for anyone planning a trip to Las Vegas: Stop by Makers & Finders, an urban coffee located in the Arts District, for a cup of brew and some Latin comfort food. According to one of our account managers, it is the “best coffee in town.”
HGTV Celebrity Sighting
Drew and Jonathan Scott from HGTV’s Property Brothers made an exclusive appearance on Tuesday, August 2 and we were there to witness it all! The Scott brothers hosted a Q&A session where they shared insights into industry trends and the inspiration behind their careers. This was followed by a book signing of their latest release — DREAM HOME: The Property Brothers’ Ultimate Guide to Finding & Fixing Your Perfect House.
