Student Associate Communications Support Manager (m/f)

Bonaverde is seeking a Student Associate to help us set-up our UK operations.

This is a two month project beginning May 30th, with a student associate beginning as early as Monday, May 22nd. Payment during the two months will be German minimum wage.

Responsibilities

· Create targeted content to improve our appeal and convert customers

· Ensure our communication support meets all quality standards

· Assist in automation and individualization on the content-based side

· Monitor, evaluate and optimize our support activities

· Take action to increase our visibility and traffic

· Control the performance by using current KPI’s

· Work with, cast and brief an interdisciplinary team

About You

• You are enrolled in marketing, business, finance or communications studies or a related field
• You are a British native or have lived in the UK for at least 5 years
• Ideally, you have experience in Online Marketing and Campaign Management
• You have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• You are capable handling support requests both on- and offline
• You have a good sense of humor to fit our enthusiastic team
