I've loved to write ever since I was a kid. I remember going to dinner with parents while in grade school and carrying a note book, writing while we waited for the food to come. I've published a book that sold forty copies, thirty five of which I'm pretty sure were bought by my parents. I wrote a movie script that was pretty awful and I even put it in front of agents in my early twenties. I've started and stopped a few blogs and podcasts and I continually write on LinkedIn, although I feel like coming out of this pandemic I'm starting to get my creative flow back again.

As a people leader with seventeen plus years of experience, my writing focus is primarily on leadership, talent, hiring, management skills, etc. I've led teams that have ranged from six to four hundred, built large scale national teams from scratch, and my career has spanned the media and tech industries. I've been responsible for millions and billions but at the end of the day, my primary focus is on the people.

I've recently started writing on Patreon and it's been one of the most rewarding, challenging, and exciting journeys in my career to date.
