Andela Challenges. #Week2Bootcamp

Day in, day out, there are challenges we face in almost everything we do. What distinguishes winners from losers is having a positive mind. The aspect of thinking that there is nothing too big to handle makes one persistent in their journey to seek excellence.
Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan Press On! has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race ~ Calvin Coolidge
My major challenge during the boot camp has been having deliverables with short time spans. Our daily allocated activities had to be delivered at the end of the day. Sitting for hours on end has been the norm. Inasmuch as it has been challenging, the fruits have been sweet. It feels thrilling seeing a part of your program work, albeit partially and this keeps one going. If that worked, then the next thing is bound to.
Delight when you get errors in your code. They are an evidence you are learning ~ Evans Musomi, Andela LFA.
This challenge has instilled in me the need to have a strong support team. Having mates and LFAs whom I can depend on has alleviated a lot of stress especially when debugging my application. Often, we can be blind to our mistakes and having a third party have a fresh perspective always helps.
All in all, there is still room to better yourself. Keep at it!
Rock on!
