You could surely elaborate more on point 5 on this important topic: nowadays we often see companies sold(merged, acquired) and employees replaced or moved to another team, division, position etc.
Correct me if I am wrong but these types of negotiations are kept secret not only from the public, but from the employees. Do you think that the CEO should give an early heads up to the employees in order for them to have a proper amount of time to adjust or rethink their professional and career goals?
